Madison Street Medicine is currently conducting a second Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) with the support of a Wisconsin School of Medicine Foundation grant. 

MACH OneHealth was able to hire our Housing is Healthcare Coordinator with the support of a Homeless Service Consortium/City of Madison EHH (.25 FTE) and City and State ESG-CV funds (.75FTE) .   Our Lead Housing is Healthcare Coordinator (1 FTE) is funded with a combination of ESG-CV funds from the State of Wisconsin and Homeless Services Consortium/City of Madison.

MACH OneHealth is in the process of hiring (July 2021) people with lived experience through the State of WI ESG-CV funds.

MACH OneHealth will have some funding for part-time (.50 FTE) outreach workers and housing navigators from the City of Madison (August – Dec 2021) for housing focused outreach work.

MACH OneHealth was able to hire its first executive director with the support of a Wisconsin Partnership Program grant. 

MACH OneHealth general operations were previously sustained by generous gifts from UW Health, UnityPoint Health – Meriter & Quartz, individual donors, and in-kind gifts.

The MACH OneHealth Madison Street Medicine Initiative was launched with the support of a prestigious Ira and Ineva Baldwin Wisconsin Idea Endowment grant and many in-kind donations.

The MACH OneHealth Foot Care Clinic was launched with the support of a City of Madison Emerging Opportunities Program grant and many in-kind donations.
